"Beyond expectations"

Caught up in traffic meant we'd be late so we called to let staff know. They were very understanding and when we arrived, the receptionist remembered our call and we didn't wait long before we were seen. The knowledge and experience given freely made a difficult time much easier. There was the offer of support given too and information about other agencies that can help us. We gained more from this visit and we need not have been unsure. I would recommend Dovedale hospital to anyone dealing with Dementia and the change it brings..
