"Bad customer experience"

Came promptly to look at what work I wanted doing said would get in touch with the quote, around 2 days I text him as heard nothing he text back & said he would ring the next day mid morning i heard nothing I text then he text with the quote thru & said he would confirm the next day with date & time to do work. Heard nothing so text again got no response so rang him & it was like i was an incovience & he was quick to end the call he said he would ring later that day, he did not. I text & asked if u do not want to do the work then just say so he replied & gave me a date & time but he was a no show. In the line of work he does reputation is everything & communication is key.very disappointed very bad customer experience..
