When a friend of mine goes to Derby he always brings a Birds pork pie for me. Everything about them is perfect. They beat Pork Farms, Melton Mowbray and every other pork pie have eaten in my 77 years. I live near Skegness and wish there was a retailer locally who sold Birds pork pies..
