L cannot belive that you have left andvelderly couple with sn unsure un fiited window for more thanna fortnight. making then loose there holiday. Also going out for birtjday celebration as the windiw does not even fit.

l cannot believe you.measured the window and then made a completed mess of these elderly people lives.

l suggest you fix it or l shsll be getting in touch with the press and fensa. you should be ashsmed.
