My Toyota camper van was losing coolant and overheating. This garage diagnosed a failed head gasket and charged £1200 to replace it. The problem persisted and after several more attempts to fix it, a new cylinder head was fitted, under their warranty, but costing me a further £400. My van still loses coolant and is still no closer to being repaired. I have been without the use of my vehicle for about five weeks over the last year.

I have given them more than enough opportunity to correct the situation. Small claims court case and complaint to trading standards are now pending..
