" Postman throws my mail at the door"

The postman who delivers mail to my address is terrified of my two yorkshire terriers.There is a clear notice on my gate that says an excitable dog lives here.If the dogs happen to be in the garden i would uunderstand but this idiot threw my mail at my door today .yes AT my door when the dogs were indoors.I keep my cctv cameras on from 9.30am to 1.30pm every monday to saturday so i can watch for him coming if the dogs are out.4 hours is a long time to keep two pups locked up indoors,that is why i got cctv.The idiot knows i am a disabled pensioner but doesn't care at all.Other postmen that have been here call out "hello" from the gate if i have missed seeing them and i get dogs in quickly as they always come when called.If someone from derby royal mail should come to my house i will show them the footage of this man.I doubt very much they will though as I have complained about this same man in the past but nothing was done.The cctv footage will delete by next tuesday so lets see if anyone bothers.
