"Reversed into my wife's beloved car"

The driver reversed into my wife's beloved car - accepted responsibility and was going to get his "boss" to sort it out. Over a month later, after MANY phone calls, texts and emails to them both - NO response !. I'll have get the car done under our insurance!.

Doesn't seem a very caring company etc !.

I hope they don't hit your car or children !.
