I just want to add that I have been training at this academy for just over 2 years, the teahing is great the facilities match having multiple punch bags pads and a ring to train in, the academy teaches self defence brithai full contact kickboxing and is great for fitness and weight loss. We have a great full contact team that compete on a regular basis and all the other students come and cheer us on, there is not one big ego in the club everybody is seen as equal and gets on really well, regardless of grade or age we all help each other..
