We were extremely happy with the service received from trusted trader, Richard. Our door handle/lock stopped working yesterday and he quickly replied to our request for a free quote. He replaced the whole door locking mechanism today and we found him to be communicative, courteous, polite and tidy. The cost of this repair was considerably less than a new door and also less than we paid for similar work carried out by another locksmith over 3 years ago!

We couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend him..
