I had some trouble recently with my Nissan Micra and I contacted more than one garage where staff where not particularly well mannered, professional or helpful.

On the recommendation of a few people, I got in touch with Rally Motors in Allestree who were the complete opposite. The person answering the phone was welcoming and helpful. When I dropped off my car, the mechanics were polite, helpful and quick - and they offered me a lift home while they were fixing the car. They explained everything to me very clearly too. The necessary part was ordered and replaced by the next day. They were very busy and their court was full of cars - they obviously do a lot of business and I can see why. I think I'll be sticking with these guys from now on..
