"Poor, poor, very poor!"

POOR

Recently purchased a new house of Wheeldon Bros which has had over 50 faults, ranging from woodworm,leaking roof,faulty oven,leaky showers,dripping taps,anti slam toilet seats that slam,creaky floorboards,plumbing issues,poorly fitted doors,electrical faults,grout issues, faulty thermostats etc,etc.

POOR

Customer care. Have to chase repeatedly to get faults rectified.

VERY POOR

Workman do not turn up when they say and often have to return several times before the particular issue is resolved..
