"Disappointed"

I am a regular birds customer and love all of their products , and,use many of their branches, however, when shopping in Derby on a Sunday i have purchased filled rolls,the last two times the bread seemed as if it might be yesterday's and the filling was scanty, not at all up to the usual excellent birds standard, very disappointing!.
