Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Massive stock of accessories and components for all things electrical and electrically-related. If you're looking to connect or replace a 'whatsit', then Potts' is the place to go, where they'll rummage in some cardboard box or disappear into the 'Aladdin's Cave' upstairs and return with the item; or if not, will suggest some 'black box' solution. They seem happy to share their expertise. BUT, if you want some help and advice don't pop in at a busy time when the shop is full of other customers. They've helped me with various tasks over the years; I can't recommend them too highly!.
