"Delivery to wrong addresses"

Postmen and women recently changed in our area and since then we have received letters for several addresses that we have had to take to the correct houses. Our mail has been delivered to at least 3 different addresses. This has resulted in bills not being received and the delivery of a new car delayed. This poor service has cost us money and time. Very annoying and totally unacceptable..
