"Poor Customer Service"

I agreed to a salesperson from the company coming to my home to talk through a recent promotion they had on. The salesman was personable but I felt under pressure to order there and then as the promotion price was only going to be available for the time of the visit.

I ordered and paid a cheque deposit which was quickly cashed, well within the cool off period, then decided to cancel my order due to the pressure I had felt under to order. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned some 7 weeks later.

I would not recommend this company..
