"Very helpful lady"

I phoned to re-arrange delivery of a parcel and was given the direct-dial number. After trying them for ages, with the phone contantly ringing out, I phoned the main switchboard again. The lady there was extremely helpful, took all the details and tracking number and phoned me back after about 20 mins, having re-arranged delivery on my behalf! Excellent!.
