I wanted to ask a simple question about VAT for the disabled. I 'phoned the number given on the website. It took 5 minutes of listening to options and then waiting to talk to someone who told me that VAT is dealt with on a different number. I then 'phoned the number I was given and went through the same procedure but on this one I was not offered the option of speaking to someone. In frustration I gave up.
Given the state of affairs in the nation and our dumbed down eduation system we seem to have reached the point where are not capable of doing anything properly any longer..
