My eye test, as always was carried out with due care and attention to my particular problems. A new prescription for glasses was deemed necessary which I ordered and was told they would arrive in 10 days. My glasses arrived 15 days after ordering during which time Oakwood Eyecare phoned me to give an update on when I could expect them. As an apology for the delay I was given a complimentary cleaner. .
