"Terrible food, awful and rude service at Thai Dusit in Derby‎"

I must admit I had the most awful experience at this restaurant. The food was poorly cooked, rubbery, bought in frozen rubbish that we found inedible! When I said to the waitress that the Thai fishcakes that I had for starter (advertised on the menu as "original & famous" - I think not!!) were not very nice she did acknowledge my complaint. When my husband asked to have the chef taste our squid main course the manageress came out firing. She said it was "normal" (not very pleasantly either) - it was in fact chewy, watery and generally disgusting. We were then told that nobody ever complained and when I stated that we were complaining she just repeated that nobody ever complained - so I'm a nobody now!! We paid our bill in full and would never EVER return to this place!!!.
