10 years on.....

I can clearly remember the first lesson, the first grading and everything Sue taught me over the following 4 years, sadly I left due to relocation in Norfolk with my son Alex. I can remember everything Sue Taught me, from my first front kick through to multiple combinations, my first sparring session, to my first competition and so much more. Sue's passion, dedication and coaching methods have never been forgotten, you know when you trained with an exceptional coach because the skills learnt will stay with you for life.

Sue said "be positive and look for the best qualities in everyone, be happy for others achieving their own goals" I still do.
